Commitment to a Sustainable Production Process

We take responsibility throughout the entire production chain, from design to transportation, ensuring that all steps meet the highest standards of safety and humane working conditions. Royal Christmas is BSCI certified, demonstrating our commitment to an ethical and safe workplace worldwide. In addition, we comply with the latest test reports for our products, so customers can trust that we comply with the quality and safety standards of each country.

For our customers, we offer the possibility to have their own inspection team, to check the production or the loading of containers, which further strengthens our transparency. We believe in clear communication and make our certifications and test results fully available to strengthen the trust of our customers.

Responsibility in Packaging and Materials

Royal Christmas makes active choices in the field of sustainability, also in our packaging. For example, we have removed plastic handles from our packaging and we no longer supply paper manuals, which can now be easily consulted via a QR code on the packaging. We are aware of the impact that packaging has and strive to use only recycled paper and cardboard, with recycling codes such as PAP 20 and PAP 21. In 2025, our storage bag for accessories will even be fully recycled.

In addition, we use recyclable polypropylene (PP5), a sustainable material that can be easily reprocessed after use. We also contribute to the responsible use of forests, thanks to our FSC certification for the use of wood in products such as wooden trunks and feet in our Christmas decorations.

Sustainable Materials and Recycled Products

Royal Christmas is committed to using recycled materials in our products. The Global Recycled Standard shows that our products consist of at least 50% recycled material. We also use sustainable PVC, which, although partly made from oil and rock salt, contains less carbon than most other thermoplastics and is easily recyclable.

Our products are designed with the future in mind. That is why we always offer the possibility to reorder (spare) parts, so that consumers can enjoy their products for a long time.

General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)

The GPSR is the new Europese Law on product safety. The implantation new law is for nonfood products was on 13th December 2024.
